WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We’re located at 219 Flamingo Road, Mill Valley, CA 94941 in the Tam Junction area of Mill Valley, CA. Easy access just
off CA-1 Highway. Look for the Good Earth Market Place, we’re right next
door.
DELIVERY
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Our delivery area includes every town
in Marin County and most parts of San Francisco.
If the location says not
available on our website ordering system, just give us a call 415 381-1886 to see if we can
accommodate. We often times can, if it’s not too far away. Note that we coordinate every delivery with the recipient; they must be home
and available to receive our living arrangements upon delivery, or shortly
after.
DELIVERY COST
Our delivery fees are based on distance from our store location. We may offer timed deliveries for an additional fee. Deliveries in San Francisco may incur a bridge toll fee of $8.80
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Our website offers next day pickup or next day delivery. However, please call the store at 415 381-1886 for same day delivery.
We may be able to do a
same day delivery, depending on the time of day you call us, the location and our availability.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
If the specific orchid and/or container shown is not available, we will always choose a similar container which will always be of equal or greater value; we will always choose orchids in the same color tones, OR in the color tone options that are listed in the description of your selected arrangement.
IS IT OK IF ARRANGEMENTS ARE LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR?
Yes, as long as it’s a shady protected area, and as long as the Orchid
Arrangements come inside fairly immediately during coldest/hottest times, and
before nightfall during the rest of the year. The majority of time, our Northern
California weather is mild and the orchids are fine outside in shade, for a short time.
Occasionally, it will just be too hot or too cold, and we always coordinate to
insure someone is home to receive the arrangement upon delivery.
